Below is the procedure on how to lease employees:

Provide information on the people you need based on their position, skill set, level of experience and preferred working hours.

Wait for a maximum of two weeks to be given the best candidates*
- You will be able to interview the candidates via Skype right after.

Once a candidate has been picked, you will be asked to give us a signed ELP contract.**

*Candidates will be asked to prepare a test project for clients who require them.
**A contract will be presented to you after providing us with the information we need on the employees you want.

What are the major aspects which I need to know about the contract?

Clients who are not willing to go through the 1 year contract period after the 60 days trial will be required to present 30 days notice.

We will also require 30 days notice from clients asking to pre-terminate the contract during the 60-day trial period.

Additionally, the finance department will bill the client for the first two months before the staff's start date or at the start of the month.
